In this summer series, facilitators Shamantha Lora and Kern Wang will lead OISE students in exploring, developing and implementing mindfulness practices. Participants are encouraged to approach this as a shared learning experience with the aim of cultivating and promoting daily decisions that support self-care and physical and mental well-being.

Join us for an in-person session at Taddle Creek Park to further explore the enchantment of Mindful Yoga and revive your mood for the new semester. Whether you are a newbie or a Yoga practitioner, ten easy movements directed by ThÃch Nhất Hạnh can simply connect your body in a mindful way, and enable you to consciously dominate your rhythm of breathing.
Take this drop-in opportunity to have a brand new experience of mindfulness practice in the park! Comfortable walking shoes are recommended in consideration of environmental factors.
