These educators deserve fair compensation, decent benefits, working conditions that support their professional learning, leadership opportunities and career advancement. In order to stabilize and strengthen the ECE workforce, the Atkison Centre is committed to a plan of action that recognizes the rights of educators and works collaboratively with other organizations to increase public recognition to support educators committed to family engagement and to improved child outcomes.
