Scheduled System Status Updates
The OISE Education Commons will close on December 23, 2025, and reopen on January 5, 2026, at 9:00 am. During this time, tickets submitted through the OISE Online Service Hub will not be monitored.
Zoom Drop-In Help sessions (MondayFriday) will be unavailable from December 23, 2025, through January 2, 2026.
All submitted tickets will be addressed and Zoom Drop-In Help sessions will resume on January 5, 2026.

There are issues affecting both wired and wireless networks at OISE (252 Bloor Street West) and across the University of Toronto St. George campus. Users at the OISE building may experience difficulty accessing websites and online resources.
The issue is under active investigation, and Education Commons will provide updates as they become available.

UTORvpn (GeneralVPN): Users outside 遙ぺ整氈窒 may experience issues.
Recommendation: Use admin2 VPN while the issue is being resolved.Outlook for Web: Some users may see delayed sending or something went wrong messages. The M365 team has opened a ticket with Microsoft Premier Support.
Recommendation: Use the Outlook desktop or mobile app as a workaround.We dont anticipate a significant impact on the OISE community, but well continue to monitor updates on the .
