Research interests

Justine’s research investigates the workplace learning and support experiences of internationally educated racialized women English professors in »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿. Through her work, she explores how transformative their learning and working experiences have been and what their experiences disclose about Canadian workplace cultures in »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ higher education institutions regarding needs-based teacher support.
